Hjarnø Morphology

Hjarnø is an island close to Horsens. It is rich on both nature and a small inviting community filled with stories of time, heritage and local quality. Through analyzing the southern paths along with waterside, many small and forgotten details came to life.

Translated through materials

Ending up with model building, where the tactility is enhanced by the choice of materials. Moulded in cement and with a sense for the particular details in the chosen stretch, details of steps, nature surrounding and spatiality comes to life through a small-scale intervention.
